School Board approves additional school assignments

The King George School Board last week approved and released the names of the instructional leaders, department chairmen, class sponsors and club/activity advisors at two more of the division’s five schools for the new school year which started last month. The personnel action took place at a meeting on Oct. 10.
The assignments were made for King George High School and Potomac Elementary School, with assignments previously approved for the other three schools on Sept. 24 and reported in our Oct. 3 issue.



KING GEORGE HIGH SCHOOL –
Department Chairpersons each receive an annual stipend of $1,200; those who share duties as co-sponsors for the same department position each receive $600.
