Ina Bee Webb Belcher, 86, of Stafford County passed away at Woodmont Center on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013.
She was a born-again Christian; God never left her heart. She lived a good life. She was an avid golfer, having many trophies to show for it. She loved her family and looked forward to the family reunions. She loved flowers and always had beautiful flower gardens.
She is survived by her loving husband of over 63 years, David; daughter Pama Gail Vekasi of Florida; daughter-in-law, Debbie Bowman of Colonial Beach; 10 siblings to whom she was known as “Mother Hen,” Mitch Webb of Pulaski, Lois Butler of Luray, Clyde Webb of Tazewell, Bruce Webb of Virginia Beach, Ray Webb of Tazewell, Ada Van Dyke of Richlands, Sylvia Pelletier of Marengo, IL., Gona Olson of Mound, MN, Bobby Webb of Raven, and Richard Webb of Raven; three grandchildren, Kerry Sullivan, Heidi Thompson and Noelle Homan; and four great-grandchildren, Asher Thompson, Bowen Hogan, Ava Thompson and Noel Hogan.
She was preceded in death by her son, David Alton Belcher II; and sister Leata Neeves.
A service was held on Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, with the family receiving friends prior to the service. Burial followed in Pohick Episcopal Church cemetery.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
