Margaret Ann Golightly, 85, of Winchester, Virginia, died, Friday, January 25, 2013, in Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Golightly, was born in 1927, in King George, the daughter of the late Henry Irving and Margaret Ann White. Margaret attended King George High School. She was a waitress for Joe’s Ocean Cove in Winchester, Virginia. She was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church. Margaret loved cooking and working crossword puzzles.
Mrs. Golightly married Edward Flagg Golightly, Jr. in 1952 in Guinea, Virginia.
She is survived by a sister Catherine Louise Acey, of Culpeper, Virginia and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family received friends on Tuesday, January 29, at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
A funeral service followed the visitation time, with Pastor David Whitt and Pastor Marcia Jaurequizar officiating. Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Frederick County, Virginia.
