Suzanne Pryor

Suzanne Pryor, 56, of Comorn in King George County lost her long battle with cancer at home Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012.

Suzanne was the daughter of the late Harold R. Pryor and Mary T. Pryor.

She was educated in King George County schools and graduated from Hollins College and Boston School of Shiatsu. Suzanne continued her education at seminars and workshops around the world. She loved her Comorn Gardens, natural healing and helping many people live life to the fullest. Suzanne was able to touch many lives with her exceptional gardening, conversation and healing talents through employment at Natural Therapy in Falmouth.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Pryor of the home; her brother, Ben T. Pryor (Angelette), and their sons, Ray and Taylor Pryor, all of Mechanicsville; numerous cousins; and many dear friends.

A service of remembrance will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at St. John’s Episcopal Church, King George. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the parish house.

Donations may be made to Northern Neck Land Conservancy, Box 125, Lancaster, VA, 22503; or to St. John’s Episcopal Church Building Fund, Box 134, King George, VA, 22485.

The family would like to thank the many friends and family who have visited and offered support during Suzanne’s long battle.

Online guest book may be signed at nashandslawfh.com.
