Katz Drug occupied the building until 1971 when it merged with Skaggs Drug Manufacturer .relaunched the shop as Skaggs Thrifty City.
Skaggs was bought out by Jewel Companies, the parent company of Osco Drug. Moreover, which ran a store around this address until 2007 when CVS Corporation bought it out. CVS maintained a pharmacy at this site until 2019, when the business announced it would close on April 1, 2019.
