The biggest surprise was that the new Star Wars movie had many people talking about it. The trailer was released on December 17, the same day Disney announced its plans to buy Fox for $52 billion. Disney will own all 20th Century Fox’s properties, including Avatar, X-Men and Fantastic Four.
Another big surprise was when Netflix announced it would be spending $8 billion on original content in 2020 alone. That’s a lot of money!
